We need to rewind a little bit, back to May 2020 — who knew that deciding to launch something in the middle of a pandemic would work out? We’re surprised as you are. And pretty chuffed too, course.

We can’t tell you this was something we’d been planning all along, but it wouldn’t be far from the truth to say the idea had come up once or twice over a few tequilas. Having all come from larger agency backgrounds with similar stories to share, we were all quite sure that there was an opportunity within the marketing world to offer brands something a little different - something that could float in the space between big agency and remote freelancers. If only you could take all the best bits of both (and strip out the worst) and offer brands with big aspirations, but little resource, the ability to punch well above their weight…

As three founders with different (but complementary) skillsets, we’re able to craft and deliver projects and campaigns from all corners of the creative world, and with a rather delicious menu of talented “extended amiiigos” that we’ve each worked with over the years, we’re able to offer the creativity of a world-class agency, alongside the flexibility of freelancers, with the reliability of an in-house team.​


We dropped the ‘three’ from our name (which derived from an age-old WhatsApp Group, formed on a Taco Tuesday) after about a year, to ensure when anyone spoke about the work we do, they would be referring to the entire festival of amigos who are often involved, and not just the three of us.

On our first birthday, we adopted an excellent studio in London Fields, where dogs are welcome and office tequila is encouraged. As you can imagine, we’ve no plans to leave anytime soon, so next time you’re nearby, pop in for a margarita.

Our go-to for all things brand marketing, Soph’s knack for coming up with smart and engaging creative concepts and campaigns ensures that both the brands we work with and their audiences are always kept on their toes. As a skilled copywriter, she also works to help brands discover and develop their brand voice and enhance their presence both online and OOH - from storytelling to punchy one-liners, she’ll nail it. Trust us. You can also rely on Soph for her banging sausage rolls, just FYI.

With such a keen eye for detail and the ability to both conceptualise and execute standout content for a brand, no matter the brief, it’s no surprise Sam leads the charge on all things creative over here. Highly skilled in graphic design, motion graphics and CGI, Sam’s also a passionate photographer and videographer - a unicorn, if you will - and is the man you need to help bring your brand’s vision to life. When he’s not in the studio, he’s usually causing havoc (mainly to himself) on the slopes, or mixing margs in Mexico.

A mentor at the School of Communication Arts and an Effie Awards judge, Rees works to help brands successfully navigate the space they’re entering, devising creative brand strategies and advising on positioning to ensure maximum exposure, and driving their development. Known for the waves he made when working in the Live Events industry, the man now loves a creative workshop, a post-it note and Elton John’s Rocket Hour, but we love him for his craft beer knowledge and the fact he knows of every natural wine and small plate joint in London, and beyond.
